Understand the vocabulary behind Graphtia Governance.
Separate intent, activity and evidence
Intent explains what should be achieved. Activity describes work performed. Evidence gives a reviewer observations that support or challenge a conclusion. Keeping these concepts separate makes it easier to notice when a busy workflow has not yet established its intended result.
A future Graphtia Governance workflow connects an objective to a plan, bounded work units, execution records, evidence and review. This conceptual product is not publicly available.
The concepts fit together
Workspace: the context in which the work belongs.
Task: an objective and the constraints that matter to it.
Plan: a proposed approach with dependencies and review points.
Work unit: a bounded responsibility within that approach.
Evidence: an observation tied to the work and source state.
Review: a deliberate assessment of the result and remaining uncertainty.
Example: replacing an adapter
A payment-adapter replacement might have a task to preserve the checkout contract while changing the implementation. Mapping consumers, implementing the replacement and validating error behavior are different responsibilities. The review should be able to trace each claimed result back to relevant evidence.
