Website terms

Graphtia is a project operating from the United States. The business is not yet incorporated. These terms describe use of the project’s current public website and waitlist. They are not a product subscription or software license agreement.

You may browse the public pages, read the documentation and submit your own email to the waitlist. Use the website lawfully and respect its security controls. Do not submit other people’s information without authorization, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.

Joining the waitlist requests product availability and early-access updates. It does not reserve a particular release date, guarantee admission, create a paid subscription or grant a software license. No payment is required to join.

Explorer access is being prepared. Governance is a future product direction and is not publicly available. Product descriptions and roadmap items explain the direction of the work; capabilities, priorities and availability may change. Commercial terms will be provided before a commercial offering is made available.

The documentation explains concepts and the intended approach to code understanding and reviewable work. Website diagrams and the interactive homepage walkthrough illustrate those ideas. They do not analyze your repository or certify the behavior of a product release.

Use source review and appropriate validation when making engineering decisions. A structural relationship or conceptual example is not a guarantee that every runtime effect is represented. We may correct or update website material as the project develops.

The Graphtia name, branding and original website materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Browsing the site does not grant rights to redistribute the branding or imply an endorsement. Rights available under applicable law are unaffected.

Links to other websites are provided for context. Their operators control their content, availability and privacy practices. Check the relevant external terms before using those services.

The website may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. Updated website terms will be posted here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you have a question about how these terms apply, contact us before relying on an assumption about product access or availability.
