Feedback, support and optional usage data

Send a useful support report and understand what optional Explorer usage data contains.

Send a focused report

Use Explorer’s support/feedback controls when available. Describe the action, expected result and visible error. A ticket is submitted when you choose Send; opening the form does not send it. Support availability can change independently of your account or Beta status.

Optional diagnostics

When offered, review the diagnostic preview before agreeing to attach it. Supported diagnostics contain bounded application states, counts and error categories. Do not paste source code, passwords, access tokens, repository paths or raw logs into your message. Diagnostic consent is separate from optional usage sharing.

Optional usage sharing

In Settings, open Help improve Graphtia and use Share app operation data to turn optional sharing off or back on. Sharing defaults on when no preference has been saved; you can change it. Disabling sharing stops new optional submissions. Support diagnostic consent does not change this preference.

What the received samples can describe

  • Application starts and supported feature use, operation outcomes and durations.

  • Successful index language/LOC shape, or a separately labeled bounded preflight estimate for a failed or canceled index.

  • Coarse CPU-family/tier, RAM bucket, architecture and operating-system version categories where supplied.

Accepted usage rows do not contain account, installation or session identifiers, IP addresses, source content, private paths, exact hardware models or arbitrary metadata. Samples are not a count of unique people or machines, and hardware categories alone do not explain a failure.

Local indexing and external agents

Explorer builds its workspace index locally. Account access and support requests use Graphtia services. A connected coding agent can receive the structural information you request; its provider’s own data controls apply. Review those controls before using it with private code.
