Governance
Keep long-running engineering work understandable
Explore a product direction for making tasks, plans and evidence easier to follow across extended agentic workflows.
The problem
A long-running task can span many decisions, tools and revisions. Without a clear record, it becomes hard to tell what was planned, what changed, and what evidence supports completion.
A future Graphtia Governance workflow connects an objective to a plan, bounded work units, execution records, evidence and review. This conceptual product is not publicly available.
The Governance direction
Graphtia Governance explores user-facing concepts for workspaces, tasks, plans, work units, compliance and evidence. Its purpose is to support understandable, reviewable engineering work.
A conceptual workflow
Define the task and its constraints. Break the plan into reviewable work units. Keep evidence connected to the decisions and results it supports. Review the final result against the original expectations and current source state.
Where it helps
This direction is relevant to work that spans several decisions or sessions: a migration, a staged refactor or an investigation that produces evidence before implementation. The workflow should make progress understandable to the person reviewing it.
Relevant capabilities
Tasks describe the objective and constraints.
Plans and work units give the work reviewable boundaries.
Evidence connects observations to decisions and completion criteria.
Availability
